FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Why do I have to create an account when all I want to do is go look at your public pictures?
A: It serves two purposes. The first is to block spamers! It is my responsibility to protect my clients private galleries. The second is it becomes a guest book that shows me who has come to visit. In the administration section, I can see what galleries you like to look at, and notify you when I have added more photographs into a gallery.

Q: Do you shoot film or digital?
A: I shoot exclusively digital using a high resolution Nikon digital camera system.

Q: Do you carry back-up equipment?
A: Yes. I always carry at least two Nikon camera bodies, four lenses, and multiple flash systems.

Q: How will I view my proofs?
A: Approximately 2-3 weeks after your wedding or approximately a week after a portrait session or special event, your proofs will be available for viewing on-line from any computer with internet access. You will have a custom made gallery with your name or event listed.

Q: Can my friends and family view my proofs?
A: Yes. Anyone that you wish may also view your proofs. Your gallery will be made available for public viewing, and will be password protected.

Q: How will I order my finished prints?
A: You will order your prints directly from your private on-line gallery. Your prints will be developed by a professional lab that specialize in  producing the highest quality prints on the finest paper available.

Q: How does your discount pricing work?
A: The bride and groom, and the parents of the bride and groom have their own default discounted price structure that is set for them after they have registered their personal account in our gallery. We also offer a 15%"Early-Bird" discount for everybody on all orders placed within 30 days of your photos being online
